Ingredients for 6 people:
• 1 chocolate bar of 200 grams
• 6 eggs
• A pinch of salt
1 – Melt the chocolate and break the eggs, separating the yolks from the whites
2 – Add the salt to the egg whites and beat them until stiff
3 – Gradually pour the melted chocolate over the egg yolks, mixing very hard
4 - Delicately incorporate 1/3 of the beaten egg whites then add the rest by lifting from bottom to top to distribute the chocolate
5 – Put the chocolate mousse in the fridge for 3 hours and serve cold!
